12 pullups, 12 burpees - do 10 sets for time. The most challenging, fun, and most fulfilling workout I've done in a long time! Took me 35:18. Give it a shot. The trick is, when you think you're done, go just a little bit further.

that work out kicked my butt as well. tons of fun though. I thought the filthy fifty was harder though
